MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE

Marco Del Fabro is an experienced litigator. He works on a broad range of sports, contract, commercial, corporate, employment and inheritance matters. His practice is also focused on construction law. He was one of the founders of SSIBS “Swiss Arbitration Tribunal for Construction” and is now a member of the management board.

Marco Del Fabro gained in-depth experience in the field of sports law. He advises regularly national and international Federations, clubs, athletes, managers and coaches, investors, sponsors and players’ agents and represents them before all bodies of (international) federations, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and ordinary courts. He regularly publishes articles on topics within his main practice area (sports law)  and is co-editor of the journal “Causa Sport”.
