MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE
Niklaus Müller advises several firms and entrepreneurs but his practice
focuses mainly on Litigation and Arbitration. For 40 years, Niklaus Müller has
been acting for corporate and individual plaintiffs and defendants in all areas
of national and international business law, including insolvency, debt
enforcement and bankruptcy, contracts, corporations, Directors & Officers
liability, patents, but also labor law and inheritance law. In these areas,
Niklaus Müller also acts in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings
(in English, French and German) as counsel or arbitrator.
Niklaus Müller served on the Creditors’ Committee in several major insolvency
proceedings. He is currently acting as deputy liquidator of “Swissair” Swiss
Air Transport Company Ltd. in debt restructuring liquidation.
